Tai chi
Wellbeing Martial Arts offers lessons in Tai Chi in Sunbury. We teach an orthodox system of tai chi developed in 1929. The system combines key elements of a number of styles. The slow steady pace of Tai Chi provides an enjoyable exercise while calming the mind, reducing stress and developing an attitude of suppleness essential for training in the internal martial arts.
Karate
Karate is a Japanese martial art. Training develops balance, coordination, speed and power through repetitive drilling, partner work and conditioning, and can be practised for self-defence, physical fitness, competition or personal development. Karate is great for kids and develops confidence and discipline. It is also great for adults looking for meaningful exercise and social connection.
