Confidence is a key aspect of the programs we teach.  It is not about focusing on fear it is about creating a strong and positive attitude, backed by simple and effective techniques that enable you to enjoy life with confidence.

While aggressive attacks and violent confrontations may not be part of most of our lives, being prepared for such events can make a big difference to the outcome. Self defence requires an attitude that you are prepared to look after your own personal safety and not always rely on others for protection.

We offer a range of programs to suit different groups including specific programs focusing on self defence for women. We are also able to provide private lessons which can be an ideal way to gain confidence and learn quickly.
