Welcome to Wellbeing Martial Arts online training.

If you or, a student in your care is a financial member of Wellbeing Martial Arts, you can now gain access to online training via this portal.

If you log in using your Google Account (new feature) you will need to let us know the email address you use for your Google account if it is different to the email address we have for your WBMA account.

Provided you are a financial member of Wellbeing Martial Arts and we have your email address registered, we will provide you with access to online training to match your level or, the levels of members you look after.

Our online Program

Wellbeing Martial Arts provides online learning material for our students to assist in consolidating material taught in face to face classes. This material is available to current members as part of their annual membership fee. You need to create a log in and password to gain access.

some Safety Requirements

  • Please be aware that you are participating at your own risk.

  • Practice in a suitable environment, including a non-slip floor space and remove any potential obstructions in the vicinity.

  • Avoid using our online training material if you have or suspect you have any current health concerns, injuries, aches or pains that could be made worse through exercise.

  • Avoid the use of blades, weapons or sharp instruments on any description.

  • Avoid physical contact with other participants and where appropriate, adhere to physical distancing guidelines.

    Suggestions

  • For karate - put on your uniform and belt, remove your shoes and get in the mindset to train.

  • For Tai Chi - wear suitable clothing and footwear

  • Have a drink bottle on hand for breaks.
